With over 40 years of experience in managing the payroll accounts of numerous small to mid-size companies, some of the highlights of James G. Johansen's many accomplishments include increased monthly revenues of a $3.5 million company 1,400% (from $20K to $300K) in four years; a 600% increase in his client base over four years and reaching a 'stockholder' status through his achievements in surpassing his sales goal volume. Critical skill sets include MRP and wholesale software distribution, operational sales training, product positioning, territorial management, CPA marketing, and strategic business analysis. James' diverse background in several sectors include – private companies, public companies, government, nonprofits and educational.

For the last four years, Mr. Johansen has held the position of Regional Account Manager at Payroll Solutions. This follows 36 years as Sales Manager at PayChex, Vice President of Sales for ADP, Regional Vice President/General Manager for Systems Management Inc. and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Computer Sciences Corporation.

James has a BA in Business Administration from Parsons College, Fairfield, Iowa and held the position of President of Phi Sigma Epsilon in 1964. He is an active member of the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce, Irvine Business Networking International (BNI), as well as Orange Business Partners (OCI).

He lives in Tustin with his wife and five children. He enjoys spending time with his family and doing aerobics, walking, movies and sports. As a commitment to his community, James received certification from the Tustin Citizen Academy, which is a 13-week program designed to provide graduates with an understanding of the issues facing law enforcement and how the police approach various problems in their community.
